Scaffolding Series

Cuplock Scaffolding

A classic cuplock steel scaffolding system for formwork support and general scaffold erection.

Description

Key features:

Reliable node structure: The cuplock self-locking node uses upper and lower cups to clamp firmly, providing strong pull-out and shear resistance with even load transfer.

High erection efficiency: There are no loose accessories, components lock in place immediately, and assembly and dismantling are fast, saving more than 50% time compared with traditional coupler scaffolding.

Strong overall stability: Standards, ledgers and braces form a geometrically stable space system with high stiffness and low deformation or sway.

Broad versatility: Standardized components can be used for support scaffolds, working scaffolds, mobile scaffolds and full-hall scaffolds in building, bridge and tunnel applications.

High safety performance: Self-locking nodes resist loosening and instability, helping reduce the risks of falls and scaffold collapse.

Durable service life: Overall hot-dip galvanizing improves corrosion resistance and wear resistance, supports high turnover cycles and keeps total cost lower over time.

Cleaner site management: Fewer accessories mean less loss on site and easier management and transport.

Product parameters:

1. Standards

Material: Q355B low-alloy high-strength steel tube.

Tube diameter: φ48×3.0mm / 3.2mm / 3.5mm (common 3.0 / 3.5).

Standard lengths: 600, 1200, 1800, 2400, 3000mm.

Cup spacing: 600mm standard spacing.

Surface treatment: Hot-dip galvanized inside and outside.

2. Ledgers

Material: Q235B / Q355B.

Tube diameter: φ48×2.5mm.

Standard lengths: 300, 600, 900, 1200, 1500mm.

Connection: Drop-forged cast-steel ends with secure cuplock connection.

3. Diagonal braces

Tube diameter: φ42×2.5mm.

Specification: Matched with the ledgers to improve lateral stiffness of the scaffold.

4. Basic performance

Axial load capacity of standard: Single standard ≥60-100kN (depending on lift spacing and height).

Node slip resistance: ≥25kN.

Erection height: The support system can reach above 24m and can go higher with calculation.

Applicable load: Conventional construction load 3-5kN/㎡.
